Frequently asked questions! 

Shipping

We ship Australia wide though not to PO Boxes, sorry!

If you spend $60 or more on one order, we will ship for F R E E Australia wide!

 

If you place your order by 3pm on a weekday, we will ensure this is sent the following business day. We will use Australia post and other local carriers suited to the delivery location.

 

If you are local to Spring Farm NSW and within a 15km Radius, we will deliver for free! Subject to availability

There is a 15km radius for "Dummy Concierge Service" and terms will apply - let us know if you'd like more info on this.

​We welcome international shipping on a case-by-case basis – Please reach out to us on email if you’re placing an international order info@springfarmbabies.com 

Refunds & Exchanges

While we don’t refund for change of mind, we will work with you if you receive products that are not the quality that we expect. We would appreciate the chance to make this right with you. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your product and we will do our best to assist you. 

Exchanges for items is possible in some cases, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist. Exchanges are accepted if the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

Items such as dummies and teethers are unable to be refunded for hygiene reasons.

​

All personalised orders will require to be paid in full before creation, and no refunds will be provided with the exception of product faults.

Returns

A thorough check will be done before your order is sent, however in the event a return is required, we will work with you if your items are deemed faulty. Please contact us on info@springfarmbabies.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Payments

Payments are available with Stripe (major cards), Paypal and Afterpay!

Privacy

Your privacy is always our concern, no personal details will be shared outside of third party payment systems that you consent to use. In the case of any payment disputes, you will be best to contact your financial institution for assistance.
